By creating an account, submitting a contract request, or using Aromax services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. User Accounts

• Users must register and provide accurate personal and business information.
• Accounts must be approved by Aromax administrators before activation.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Contracts & Orders

• Contract requests are subject to approval by Aromax and relevant national regulations (e.g., National Bank approval).
• Users may hold multiple contracts at the same time.
• Orders are processed according to contract terms, including payment method (Advance, LC, or Cash Against Document).
• The progress of each order is tracked through defined stages (e.g., farming, cleaning, packaging, shipping).
• Aromax reserves the right to modify or reorder workflow steps for operational needs.

4. Payments

• Users must follow the agreed payment terms in their contract.
• Payments are handled through approved banks and payment providers.
• Users must upload proof of payment where required.
• Orders will only be processed or documents released after payment confirmation.
• Aromax does not directly process credit/debit card information.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information in contracts and orders.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to international trade.
• Refrain from using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Upload only valid and authentic documents (e.g., proof of payment, compliance documents).

6. Notifications & Communications

• Aromax may send you notifications via email, SMS, or in-app messages regarding contracts, orders, and system updates.
• You agree to receive such communications as part of using the service.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Aromax platform (logo, design, system features, documentation) is the property of Aromax or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or modify platform materials without written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Ethiopian courts.

Aromax may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting. Users will be notified of significant changes.
